I build L&D strategy that starts with the business problem, not the training calendar. At Mahindra Holidays I designed the pan-India learning framework for Club Mahindra resorts — owned directly with Region Heads, Cluster Managers and the CHRO. At PVR INOX I built the cinema L&D function for West India before scaling it nationally.
I design leadership journeys that shift mindsets, not just add knowledge. My programmes are built around real business context — structured cohort journeys, behavioural frameworks, and coaching conversations that produce measurable pipeline movement.
I've built, migrated and governed learning platforms at enterprise scale. Beyond tool selection — I architect the learning journey, governance model, and content ecosystem that makes the platform actually work for the business.
Who I am
I started on the restaurant floor at The Park Hotels and spent two decades moving through operations, training management, and finally enterprise L&D leadership. That operational grounding shapes everything I build — I design for the person on the floor, not the person in the boardroom.
My approach combines rigorous instructional design, in-house content creation (SCORM, Cinema 4D, Articulate), and strategic LMS architecture — always tied to a measurable business outcome.
